We want you to love your SpringFed gear.
Because we run small batches and limited drops, we offer exchanges only on eligible items.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, all hats and beanies are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to Start an Exchange
Email springfedllc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to exchange
- The size or item you'd like instead
Once approved, we'll send exchange instructions.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your item to process an exchange.
